1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vectors (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vectors is a professional networking platform that allows individuals to maintain verified connections with colleagues independently of their employer. The Service provides private, invite-only messaging within verified domain workspaces and email-based conversations.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using Google OAuth to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may verify additional work email addresses to join domain workspaces. You must only verify email addresses that belong to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• Verify email addresses that do not belong to you
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Upload malicious files or content
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to access conversations or data you are not authorized to view
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service without authorization

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Vectors. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver your content to the intended recipients. Messages support text and single file attachments (JPEG, PNG, or PDF, up to 10MB).

6. Privacy

All conversations on Vectors are private and invite-only. Only explicit participants can view conversation content. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Rate Limits

To maintain quality and prevent abuse, the Service enforces daily limits on new contacts and invitations. These limits are part of the Service and may be adjusted at our discretion.

8. Blocking

Users may block other users at any time. Blocking is global and prevents the blocked user from initiating new conversations or being added to shared groups. Existing 1:1 conversations are frozen upon blocking.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your profile data and verified emails will be removed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
